Own production of all governance reporting including weekly status updates, board packs, steering decks, and maintain the RAID log to support credible program governance.
Drive execution of strategic Alpha business programs across the full project lifecycle, managing project deliverables, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance standards.
Lead client-facing reporting, chair cross-workstream coordination forums, manage vendor activities, and support automation/digitalization initiatives to build scalable program resilience.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in technology, accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience.
Up to 10 years managing business projects in global financial services organizations or consulting firms, with experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, and Asset Servicing.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project) and MI design tools such as Power BI or Excel.
Advanced project management credentials required (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to develop concise, accurate, decision-oriented management narratives and challenge senior stakeholders credibly based on domain expertise and data scrutiny.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently across global financial services firms with strong client and vendor engagement skills.
Comfortable handling end-to-end project governance, risk and compliance in high-pressure environments, demonstrating strong analytical, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
