Develop and deploy low-code AI applications, agents, bots, workflows, and data integrations using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft AI stack for Global Sales and Marketing.
Configure APIs, connectors, and orchestrate workflows using low-code/no-code while collaborating with developers for complex requirements.
Ensure solution quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to enterprise governance in AI, security, privacy, and deployment standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of experience in low-code application development and workflow automation.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms.
2+ years experience in enterprise environment API/connectors configuration, prompt design, Responsible AI practices, and governed deployment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable, governed AI solutions within enterprise security and compliance frameworks.
Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including process designers, IT, and product owners in hybrid work settings (Pune, Bangalore, Noida/Gurgaon).
Skilled in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and creating reusable AI solution components for Global Sales and Marketing domain.
