Lead design and development of customizations, integrations, and end-to-end orchestration for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.
Develop inbound/outbound integrations via HCM Data Loader, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
Build custom reports, dashboards, automated workflows, and manage data migrations related to Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management modules.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of technical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud environment.
Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Proficiency in developing BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, Fast Formulas, and managing security & compliance in Oracle HCM.
Location requirement: Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead or architect skilled in solution orchestration collaborating with functional teams.
Strong expertise in UI/UX design, dashboard analytics, and automated workflows within Oracle Fusion HCM.
Deep understanding of integration, reporting, data migration, and compliance aspects specific to Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
