Lead definition and setup of a best-in-class Digital platform for Enterprise Work focusing on QA and test strategy.
Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, automated test scripts, and system-level testing including E2E and use-case based tests.
Communicate product quality status and defects proactively to stakeholders and improve product quality through defect analysis and testing audits.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of relevant Quality Engineering or Software Testing experience.
Strong experience in AEM QA and automation for web-based applications, preferably in finance or commerce domains.
Hands-on expertise in automation frameworks (Data, Keyword Driven, Hybrid), UI automation (Selenium), API testing (REST/SOAP), database testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, Maven, Git).
Good understanding of Core Java, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and experience working in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure) with microservices architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Quality Engineering leader capable of setting up new testing frameworks and strategies in a complex, cloud-based distributed system environment.
Deep domain expertise in automation technologies and tools with strong capability in test design across UI, API, performance, and system levels.
Operates comfortably in Agile and DevOps environments with strong troubleshooting, deployment, and debugging skills to drive continuous product quality improvement.
