About This Role
- Lead and develop global software and platform engineering teams to drive engineering excellence and high-performance delivery.

Minimum Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
- Proven experience leading global, cross-functional engineering organizations and delivering large-scale technology transformations.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- Strong expertise with cloud-native application development (Azure, AWS), microservices architecture, containerization (Kubernetes), and engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD, Agile).
