Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade IAM solutions using ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, or SailPoint.
Oversee implementation of authentication, authorization, federation, and lifecycle workflows within an agile delivery framework, ensuring secure coding and compliance.
Support architectural and technical design of IAM APIs and microservices, including integrations with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML, plus production support and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of software development experience across all SDLC phases.
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock AM/IDM, Okta, Ping Identity, or SailPoint.
Proficiency in Java and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Integration, Batch, WebFlow) with strong microservices and REST API knowledge.
Familiarity with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, CI/CD tools, relational/non-relational databases (JPA/Hibernate), cloud/container orchestration (Docker, PCF, Kubernetes), and experience using GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise).

Strong expertise in Java/Spring and microservices architecture to deliver scalable, compliant IAM APIs and microservices.
Experienced in leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, documentation, and secure code review in complex IAM projects.
