Manager, Software Development Engineering in Test

Lead and manage quality engineering teams responsible for test automation and software validation across endpoint management and enterprise SaaS platforms.

Define and execute quality engineering strategy including test automation roadmaps, quality metrics, and AI-powered quality practices to improve software delivery and release readiness.

Oversee scalable automation frameworks covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and resilience testing on Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 6 years in software engineering, SDET, quality engineering, or automation and at least 2 years managing SDET or QA automation teams.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Kotlin and deep understanding of one or more major OS platforms (Windows, Linux, or macOS).

Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, endpoint management products, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks.

Experienced leader with a track record of scaling SDET and automation organizations supporting endpoint management or device/security management platforms.

Strong technical expertise in OS internals, endpoint agent validation, automation frameworks, and cloud-native distributed systems.

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-driven automation for test generation and improve engineering quality and productivity at scale.
