8 to 12 years of J2EE backend development experience.
Proficiency in Java (versions 8, 11, 17), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Experience with authentication & authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).
Familiarity with cloud/cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes and public clouds like AWS or GCP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader comfortable managing a delivery pod with accountability for delivery and code quality.
Strong background in scalable backend development and modernization of Java microservices.
Hands-on expertise in integrating security (OAuth2, JWT, SSO) and managing cloud/container migration projects.
