About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend applications using Node.js, NestJS, JavaScript/TypeScript with emphasis on GraphQL and REST API implementation.
- Own implementation of secure authentication/authorization systems and optimize API/database performance for high availability and responsiveness.
- Drive architectural decisions, implement best practices, mentor junior developers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure, maintainable, enterprise-grade software.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL API design and development.
- Experience in application architecture, performance optimization, testing, and AWS cloud deployment.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable backend architectures applying SOLID principles and relevant design patterns.
- Strong operational experience in building and optimizing secure authentication systems and APIs in enterprise environments.
- Ability to lead and mentor development teams while collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps functions.
