Lead design and development of scalable backend web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs.
Drive architectural decisions, implement secure authentication/authorization systems, optimize API/database performance, and ensure high-quality deliverables with testing and code review.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of professional software development experience.
Proven expertise with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL API development.
Experience with cloud-native applications deployment, specifically on AWS.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in application architecture and performance optimization for large-scale applications.
Strong background in secure software design following best practices including SOLID principles and design patterns.
Capable of leading technical teams and collaborating effectively across multiple functions and geographies.
