Lead development and maintenance of Python-based automation frameworks for 2G/4G/5G radio product testing, integrated with CI/CD and Kubernetes.
Execute and validate 3GPP Radio Conformance Tests and RF subsystem characterization using specialized RF equipment.
Drive root-cause analysis of RF issues collaborating with hardware, firmware, and software teams, supporting silicon bring-up and providing design recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 14 years experience in wireless/radio validation with leadership experience managing or mentoring 6+ engineers and owning complex test plans end-to-end.
Strong programming skills in Python and shell scripting; working knowledge of C/C++; solid understanding of MAC/PHY layers in O-RAN, LTE or 5G.
Expertise automating RF equipment (Keysight or R&S) and Radio Conformance Test (RCT) / End-to-End (E2E) testing scenarios.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and practical experience applying AI/ML to testing workflows is mandatory; location requirement: Bangalore with minimum 3 days in-office per week.
