Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer- DataScience

Develop and deploy predictive models, NLP solutions, and machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights from extensive user data sets.

Collaborate with product and development teams to create scalable data products and enhance user experience through advanced data engineering.

Design and implement novel data systems, leveraging machine learning to support business initiatives like resume parsing, job recommendations, and content generation.

Expertise in Python programming and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP libraries like Spacy, NLTK, Gensim.

Experience with backend technologies such as Flask or Gunicorn.

Work experience: 2.5+ years for Software Engineer role, 4.5+ years for Senior Software Engineer role.

Experience in building and optimizing classifiers, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and a strong understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms including regression, clustering, neural networks, and ensemble methods.

Experienced in applying NLP and machine learning techniques to real-world product problems involving large-scale user data.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with system architects, product teams, and other vertical teams in a hybrid work environment.

Demonstrates strong backend and data engineering skills with ability to develop scalable and maintainable ML-driven data systems.
