About This Role

Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 database testers ensuring timely delivery of quality software releases.

Plan, design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases primarily for Oracle-based data services handling large-scale data in a multi-channel marketing platform.

Improve QA practices through code reviews, impact analysis, root cause analysis, and collaborative process improvements, including creation and updating of documentation and knowledge base articles.

Minimum Requirements

9-12 years of testing experience required.

Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL expertise with hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting and Java/Python programming.

Experience handling large volumes of data (e.g., tables with hundreds of GBs).

Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in Computer Science or equivalent.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in leadership and mentoring roles within quality assurance/testing teams focused on Oracle database environments.

Proficient in designing test strategies for back-end systems including automation and performance testing.

Skilled collaborator capable of working with multi-functional teams (developers, project managers, business analysts) in complex software environments requiring rigorous testing standards.
