Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks covering UI, API, database, and performance testing using Playwright, Selenium, Java, API automation tools, and Apache JMeter.

Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, participate in Agile QA activities, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure release quality and performance optimization.
Minimum Requirements
5-7+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation engineering with expertise in Playwright, Selenium, Java, API automation, and Apache JMeter.
Proven experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing including REST and SOAP APIs.
Strong skills in SQL for database validation with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Maven and version control; location: Pune preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in modern automation practices across multiple testing domains (UI, API, performance) and familiar with Agile and CI/CD environments.
Skilled in both development and operational aspects of automation frameworks including scripting in Java, JavaScript, and use of AI-assisted testing tools.
Able to lead migration/modernization of legacy Selenium frameworks to Playwright, with demonstrated problem-solving in automation challenges and effective collaborations across teams.
