Securities Operations Associate - Trade Settlement

Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle activities including trade validation, processing, settlement, and reconciliation following established procedures.

Monitor and ensure accurate, timely settlement of daily securities and cash transactions; review and resolve low-complexity trade exceptions.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational issue resolution and maintain operational controls; support process improvements.

Minimum 6+ months of experience in securities trade processing, trade support, settlement, or post-trade operations.

Experience working with securities products such as Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, or related investment products.

Ability to work 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST shift schedule and in a hybrid work environment as per Wells Fargo's requirements.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 6+ months in relevant securities operations roles.

Experience operating in high-volume, deadline-driven securities operations or post-trade environments.

Familiarity with custodial operations, cash management, or settlement platform utilities systems preferred.

Comfortable working in structured, controlled operational settings emphasizing risk mitigation and adherence to strict procedures.
