Commercial Lending Servicing Associate

Support servicing activities for commercial products, commercial real estate, and problem loans, including loan and regulatory diligence and portfolio maintenance.

Coordinate resolution of client issues and serve as an escalation point for customer-related problems.

Evaluate and upload data into record systems, provide peer guidance, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.

At least 6 months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience or equivalent demonstrated via work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Experience with customer service, loan servicing documentation, and operational actions related to commercial lending.

Ability to work night shifts beginning 6:30 PM IST, with flexibility for shift changes based on business requirements.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 months commercial loan servicing experience.

Experience supporting Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Agency, Syndicated, Participated, and Bilateral loan portfolios, preferably with Loan IQ platform expertise.

Ability to manage multiple assignments in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven capability in maintaining audit-ready records, recommending procedural improvements, and providing technical guidance and training to peers.
