Securities Operations Associate

Support execution of low-complexity securities operations tasks, including client account onboarding, transaction processing, and settlement activities.

Identify and resolve routine operational issues within defined parameters, contributing to team effectiveness and risk control.

Contribute to process improvements and implementation of revised procedures under manager or experienced colleague guidance.

4+ years of Securities Operations experience, including mutual funds, equities, fixed income, reconciliation, trade operations, or securities settlements.

Experience with trade lifecycle activities: transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.

Ability to work night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for operational data review and reconciliation.

Experience in operational risk management and adherence to securities operations controls and regulatory requirements.

Effective collaboration with internal teams and business partners to resolve operational or transaction-related issues.

Experience analyzing operational data to identify and escalate discrepancies promptly.
