About This Role

Own planning, execution, and tracking of testing (SIT, UAT, regression) and cutover activities for the S4 AMEA SAP implementation program across markets.

Manage coordination between workstream leads, technical teams, and market users to ensure readiness, quality, and successful go-live of projects.

Lead budget management, resource planning, and vendor quality assurance throughout project delivery phases.

Minimum Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Cutover, and Data Testing.

Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduation required.

Proven experience in project management methodology and SAP implementation programs, ideally S/4HANA, with focus on testing and cutover coordination.

Knowledge of testing methodologies (SIT/UAT/regression), cutover/go-live planning for large ERP programs, and experience working across multiple geographies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong capability in coordinating complex, multi-market ERP implementations with matrixed teams and part-time key users.

Experienced in managing end-to-end testing and cutover phases within fast-paced, high-stakes project lifecycles.

Skilled at stakeholder communication, risk management, and utilizing project tools like Jira or Asana for defect and test management.
