Project Lead

Lead and manage end-to-end strategic initiatives and transformational projects across Insurance and Asset Management operations in India.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership of Sun Life India and key stakeholders at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance/Asset Management to ensure successful project delivery.

Design and implement monitoring frameworks and conduct data analysis to track project progress, risks, and performance against KPIs, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience with a track record of working with C-suite executives on strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; Agile experience is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills in English and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools, and presentation software.

Demonstrated strategic mindset with execution excellence in fast-paced, matrixed environments involving cross-functional and multi-geography teams.

Experience in life insurance and/or asset management distribution, with hands-on involvement in distribution projects preferred.

Proven ability to build dashboards, establish feedback mechanisms with field sales teams, and independently drive projects while maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
