Principal Engineer - MCP or ACP Layer (API & AI Orchestration)

Lead architecture and development of the MCP/ACP connectivity layer enabling AI agents to safely interface with ABC Fitness business systems.

Design and implement orchestration patterns, schemas, and control mechanisms for scalable, reliable, and auditable multi-step AI workflows.

Establish company-wide technical standards and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure production readiness and operational resilience of AI orchestration systems.

10+ years software engineering experience, with expertise in distributed backend systems, APIs, orchestration layers, or platform infrastructure.

Deep knowledge of LLM interactions with tools and workflows including schema design, predictable execution, and orchestration reliability.

Ability to work onsite at Hyderabad office 2-3 days per week (explicit onsite requirement).

Experience designing for observability, auditability, scalability, and operational resilience in production backend systems.

Senior individual contributor with proven ability to lead delivery of complex AI orchestration platforms at scale.
