Group Senior Data Scientist

Identify and define operational problems and objectives in collaboration with senior stakeholders across departments.

Develop and implement mathematical models, optimization algorithms, and decision support tools to improve operational performance and support informed decision-making.

Lead research and experimentation with new algorithms and technologies to solve complex operational challenges and drive innovation.

Masters degree in applied mathematics, statistics, data science, operations research, engineering or related field.

5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience in operations research, mathematical modeling, optimization, or related areas.

Hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical techniques, and optimization software such as CPLEX, Gurobi, or AMPL.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, MATLAB, or Julia.

Experienced in leading projects end-to-end, delivering actionable and impactful solutions in complex operational environments.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills with expertise in optimization techniques including linear, nonlinear, integer, and stochastic programming.

Ability to translate business requirements into mathematical and optimization solutions while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
