Institutional Equity Division - Manager, Product Development - CCS (Mumbai)

Own end-to-end development and delivery of automated client computing tools addressing complex business problems in fund services.

Engage with executive management and business users globally to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and manage project risks, progress, and benefits.

Take multiple roles including Business Analyst, Developer (20-30% coding), Project Manager, Tester, and Trainer to ensure tool effectiveness and adoption.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech./B.E.) plus MBA/Finance/Accounting degree or CFA or equivalent certifications.

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Demonstrated programming skills in at least one language; Python and VBA experience is a plus.

Strong project management skills with experience using tools like JIRA, Rally or equivalent.

Experienced in working with multiple global stakeholders in complex matrix environments managing prioritization and requirement tracking.

Comfortable wearing multiple hats including technical development, analysis, project management, and user training within financial services technology.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to lead projects independently and deliver under pressure.
