Own end-to-end supply readiness, critical path management, and supply chain risk mitigation to ensure compressed innovation timelines without compromising quality or cost.
Serve as the single-point owner managing cross-functional alignment, governance, and stakeholder engagement across Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply, Demand Planning, and Logistics.
Minimum Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain or Operations from a premier B-school.
6-8 years of experience in supply planning, new product development (NPD) management, or co-pack management.
Strong exposure to NPD commercialization and innovation launches required.
Work Experience Required: 6-8 years in relevant supply chain or commercialization roles.

Experienced in managing end-to-end supply chain for fast-paced new product innovation and accelerated commercialization projects.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional governance, coordinate multiple teams, and deliver under compressed timelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in supply planning, demand alignment, and post-launch supply stabilization.
