Project Lead

Lead end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives across Insurance and Asset Management operations in India, collaborating with Sun Life India leadership and Aditya Birla Sun Life stakeholders.

Design and implement monitoring frameworks to track project progress, identify risks, and report status using data analysis against KPIs.

Prepare and deliver analytical insights, competitive intelligence, and executive presentations to support strategic decision-making and progress reviews.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience with experience managing cross-functional projects and working with C-suite executives on strategic initiatives.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; Agile experience is a plus.

Location requirement: Mumbai, India.

Experienced in life insurance and/or asset management distribution projects, preferably with international or multi-geography project exposure.

Strong strategic mindset with execution excellence and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Expertise in data-driven decision support including dashboard creation and feedback mechanisms with field sales teams.
