Create and review right-first-time artworks manually or automatically for all product development stages including test, mock-up, and masters.
Review and approve templates (design, brand, technical layout) and artworks generated by Amgen partners and suppliers ensuring print readiness with high quality standards.
Provide technical support and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Artwork team and collaborate with cross-functional teams and printer suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field with 2-4 years Packaging/Labeling experience in a GMP regulated environment.
Proven experience as an Artwork Designer in a highly regulated / cGMP pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of print production and prepress requirements.
Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in Packaging/Labeling with pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industry experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working within strict regulatory (cGMP) frameworks focusing on pharmaceutical packaging artwork creation and approval.
Comfortable supporting technical and process improvements while collaborating across functions and with suppliers to ensure compliance and quality.
Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering error-free artworks and root cause analysis in a regulated environment.
