Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI techniques for enterprise-grade products.
Translate business problems into prototypes, MVPs, and scalable production-ready solutions, and develop reusable AI frameworks to accelerate adoption across teams.
Partner with product, engineering, business teams to deliver measurable customer and business impact while driving AI-first culture and intelligent automation adoption.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Applied AI, or AI Product Development.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
Strong expertise in Python, modern Data Science ecosystem, ML/DL/NLP, Generative AI with LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, semantic retrieval, vector databases.
Experience with SQL, data engineering, API development (FastAPI or similar), Git, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), and MLOps practices.

Experienced in delivering AI solutions from experimentation through production within product-focused, cross-functional teams.
Ability to independently solve complex problems with a balanced approach to experimentation, speed, and engineering quality.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to articulate technical concepts and business impact clearly, supporting scalability and adoption of AI solutions.
