Minimum Requirements
5–10 years of experience in indirect taxation with substantial exposure to GST litigation, including managing SCNs, appeals, hearings, and departmental audits across multiple states.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of GST laws, rules, notifications, circulars, and judicial precedents.
Proficiency in drafting legal submissions and handling GST litigation independently.
Work Experience Required: 5–10 years in indirect tax litigation.
