Lead end-to-end monthly and annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles for India commercial and operational spend.
Translate business plans into forecasts, challenge assumptions, provide variance commentary and actionable insights to senior leaders.
Drive improvements and automation in planning models and processes; coach and develop the planning and forecasting team.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, or controlling including full planning cycle ownership.
Practical experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L ownership, and ERP/planning systems such as SAP plus strong Excel skills.
Experience working in a matrix organization and influencing senior stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in commercial or market finance within healthcare or related industry preferred.
Capable of delivering process improvements and automation projects using scripting or analytics tools.
Able to influence across functions in a complex matrix environment and effectively communicate to senior leadership.
