Program Manager - Partnership & Outreach (Bangalore)

Accountable for converting skilling vision into operational plans, managing large-scale skilling programs end-to-end including budgeting and delivery.

Drive partnership growth by identifying, negotiating, and closing deals with government agencies, skill councils, and academic institutions, ensuring financial sustainability and scalability.

Lead curriculum design aligned with industry and regulatory standards, measure training outcomes via KPIs, and represent the organization at industry and government forums.

10+ years in project/program management with 2-3+ years in skilling, L&D, or corporate training.

3+ years in a managerial role leading teams.

Proven experience delivering large-scale training programs and building B2B or B2G partnerships.

Experience with budgeting, financial modelling, P&L responsibility; knowledge of contracts and legal terms in partnerships.

Experienced in managing complex skilling projects in creative industries such as gaming, animation, or VFX, or with government skill councils (NSDC, NCVET) and academia.

Demonstrated strategic execution capability from planning through delivery with strong stakeholder management.

Capable of independently leading program growth and partnership expansion with substantial negotiation and financial ownership.
