Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test cases for Epicor products covering UI, API, regression, and exploratory testing.
Leverage AI tools to assist in test-case generation, test data creation, defect analysis, and documentation, validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify, document, reproduce, and verify defects and communicate testing outcomes to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Working proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
1+ years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, software development, or related field.
Understanding of software development life cycle, testing fundamentals, test types, defect lifecycle, and quality practices.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in using AI-enabled tools responsibly to enhance software testing and documentation processes.
Comfortable working in hybrid environments collaborating closely with developers and product managers.
Familiar with automation frameworks and capable of maintaining test automation suites.
