Own investigation and resolution of complex, recurring issues in Distribution & Logistics systems including applications, integrations, data, and reporting.
Analyze logs, APIs, middleware events, and datasets to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Improve monitoring, alerts, dashboards, runbooks, and support documentation to reduce noise and incident recurrence; support release readiness and deployment validation.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience in application/production support, reliability engineering, system administration, or enterprise logistics technology support.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills for production investigations and root cause analysis.
Experience with warehouse and transportation platforms such as Manhattan WMS/TMS, Centiro TMS, UKG WFM, MuleSoft, Talend, SAP, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
Location: Bengaluru, India; Full-time role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in troubleshooting applications, integrations, databases, and operational processes in complex, high-volume distribution environments.
Hands-on familiarity with incident, problem, change, and release management processes in enterprise logistics or supply chain platforms.
Ability to independently resolve recurring issues and drive operational improvements by partnering across engineering, operations, vendors, and logistics providers.
