Own investigation and resolution of complex application, integration, data, and reporting issues in Distribution & Logistics systems.
Improve monitoring, alerts, dashboards, runbooks, and support documentation to reduce operational noise and incident recurrence.
Collaborate with engineering teams, operations, vendors, and third parties to maintain platform stability and support business continuity including release readiness and change management.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in application support, production support, reliability engineering, system administration, or enterprise logistics technology support.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills for production investigations and root cause analysis.
Experience with Manhattan WMS/TMS/LMS, UKG WFM, MuleSoft, Talend, SAP AFS/S4HANA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or comparable enterprise platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in troubleshooting applications, integrations, databases, and operational processes in production environments, specifically within warehouse, transportation, or supply chain platforms.
Familiar with application observability, log analysis, API management, Linux basics, cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure), and high-volume distribution center operations.
Proficient in incident, problem, change, and release management processes with ability to independently resolve recurring issues and recommend operational improvements.
