Lead and develop a team responsible for reliability and operational performance of global warehouse, transportation, labor, workforce, integration, and reporting technology platforms.
Own service performance metrics including KPIs, SLA achievement, incident response, and continuous improvement for Distribution & Logistics platforms.
Drive execution of incident, problem, change, release, knowledge, and service transition management processes, partnering with multiple stakeholders to ensure operational reliability.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience in technology operations, application reliability, service management, or supply chain technology environments.
Experience managing teams/support models for WMS, TMS, WCS, LMS, WFM, middleware, SAP integrations, reporting, or observability platforms.
Location requirement: Bengaluru, India (onsite).
Work Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in technology operations for supply chain or logistics critical systems, capable of balancing business priorities and operational risks.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with incident, problem, change, release, and knowledge management in complex tech environments.
Familiarity with tools and platforms like Manhattan, Centiro, MuleSoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Azure, and experience in global high-volume distribution center operations.
