Program Advisory Consulting Execution, Assistant Vice President

Support high-visibility operating model, process improvement, and transformation programs with end-to-end project lifecycle involvement.

Own and manage core program management processes including risk & issue tracking, status reporting, and maintaining project plans ensuring compliance with firm policies.

Prepare communications and executive-level dashboards for senior stakeholders; manage critical program documentation and drive accountability for deliverables across teams.

Minimum 5+ years experience in management consulting and/or financial services supporting complex programs and projects.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and communication.

Experience with project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and familiarity with program management processes.

Experienced in analyzing and improving complex business processes including process mapping and root cause analysis.

Capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic matrix environments with senior leadership interaction.

Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver solutions.
