Support execution of Process Intelligence initiatives by extracting, preparing, and validating data from multiple enterprise systems.
Assist in building process models and analyzing flows using process mining tools to identify basic inefficiencies and bottlenecks under guidance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track process performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, business analytics, engineering, computer science, or related field.
4 to 7 years of work experience in relevant fields such as data science or business analytics.
Foundational knowledge of data analysis and reporting concepts with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Exposure to process mapping or business process concepts; experience with process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio) is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supporting process intelligence and enterprise transformation initiatives with strong data preparation and validation skills.
Operates well under guidance within teams, supporting senior analysts and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Has a structured problem-solving approach with attention to detail, capable of producing clear, simple insights through reporting and visualization tools.
