Proficiency in Java (or similar), Jenkins, Selenium/Playwright, TestNG/JUnit, REST APIs, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Experience with observability tools such as Sumo Logic or New Relic.
Strong technical and communication skills to collaborate globally; mindset for mentorship and integrating AI into testing workflows.

Experienced in complex, large-scale AI-powered enterprise software quality assurance with a holistic quality engineering approach.
Capable of applying AI-assisted risk analysis and leveraging AI tools for test design, debugging, and defect analysis to drive team productivity.
Acts as a quality champion within cross-functional teams, capable of balancing manual and automated testing and mentoring junior staff in AI-augmented testing techniques.
