About This Role
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform account reconciliations for US operations.
- Prepare, analyze, and report financial statements to management; ensure timely month-end closure.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and optimize accounting processes within Shared Services environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in a Shared Services Center, preferably with US-based operations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work onsite regularly in India office and collaborate across time zones, willing to work outside normal hours as needed.
