About This Role

Design, configure, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.

Lead architecture and implement identity lifecycle management, provisioning workflows (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), access certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules.

Develop custom integrations and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs and work closely with technical and business stakeholders for requirements and implementation.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in IGA implementations with at least one platform: SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.

Strong skills in Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, Active Directory (AD), and LDAP.

Bachelor of Engineering degree required.

Work Experience Required: 4 years (not explicitly reconciled with hands-on IGA experience)

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced with designing and implementing enterprise IGA architectures focusing on identity lifecycle and access governance.

Strong integration experience with AD, LDAP, and workflow automation in an enterprise environment.

Comfortable in client-facing roles and capable of leading or mentoring technical teams in fast-paced setups.
