Serve as operational expert for client and team queries, build mechanisms to manage peak volumes, enforce compliance and risk mitigation, and provide backup support across critical roles.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree (BA, BS, B.Com, or equivalent).
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in trade processing, settlements, custody, or Indian capital markets operations.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in relevant field.

Experienced in Indian capital markets, custody, or settlements operations with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Able to independently handle client and internal stakeholder interactions and escalate or resolve operational issues.
Demonstrates capability in leveraging AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization while ensuring ethical use of data.
