Develop and maintain features in a large-scale CRM platform's frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (PHP).
Design and build new backend microservices using Kotlin/Java in collaboration with tech leads to define API contracts and service boundaries.
Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; participate in code reviews, debugging, and uphold CI/CD and deployment workflows.
Minimum Requirements
4–8 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript with experience in component design and state management.
Experience with GraphQL (schema, queries/mutations, Apollo) and/or REST API integration.
Working knowledge of PHP or ability to quickly ramp up and hands-on experience with Kotlin or strong JVM background (Java/Spring) for backend development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced full-stack developer comfortable working across frontend and backend in complex, evolving enterprise systems while contributing to microservices architecture.
Familiar with monorepo tooling, CI/CD processes, and strong testing discipline with modern tools (Vitest, Jest, Cypress).
Capable of collaborating with tech leads on architectural decisions and API design, with knowledge of regulated environments (e.g., banking/financial services) and microservices patterns being advantageous.
