Minimum Requirements
4–8 years of professional full-stack development experience.
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript; experience with GraphQL and/or REST APIs.
Working knowledge of PHP or ability to ramp up quickly; Hands-on experience with Kotlin or strong JVM/Java background with willingness to work in Kotlin.
Familiarity with monorepo tooling (Turborepo, Nx), relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle), and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-scale full-stack applications with microservices development using Java/Kotlin.
Comfortable working with large codebases and modern frontend/backend technologies, including GraphQL and monorepos.
Has worked with best practices around testing, deployment workflows, and software craftsmanship in regulated or complex environments.
