Clearing and Settlement Operator

Support settlement and reconciliation tasks across multiple markets, focusing on CREST and MMA UK region.

Liaise with Client Services, Network Management, Tax, UAT, Static Data, and Reconciliations to enable end-to-end client service delivery.

Monitor and ensure timely settlements, resolve discrepancies, escalate issues, assist in management reporting and continuous process improvements including automation and UAT.

MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance-related subject (MBA preferred).

2-4 years of experience in securities, settlements, reconciliation or custodian-related roles, preferably in Investment Bank, Custodian, or Security market intermediary.

Expertise in CREST market and experience with Global Custodians is highly desirable.

Strong communication, analytical, time management skills; Proven ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and ethical data use.

Operationally focused with experience handling settlement, reconciliation, and custodian-related processes in global securities markets.

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholder communications across client services and operational teams with escalation responsibility.

Experienced in process improvements, UAT support, and technology deployment related to securities operations.
