Coordinate and oversee daily trade processing, settlements, FX, and cash processing for local and offshore clients within Securities & Custody Operations.
Ensure quality and quantity of trade processing meets client SLAs and handle escalations and operational queries as technical expert.
Manage resource allocation to handle volume peaks, maintain compliance with process guidelines, and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree (BA/BS/B.Com or equivalent).
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in trade processing, settlements, or custody operations.
Exposure to Indian capital markets and settlement or custody background preferred.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication; proven ability to leverage AI tools for productivity enhancement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling operational workflows and regulatory reporting within securities and custody environment, preferably in Indian market context.
Capable of independently managing team coordination and client interactions with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Demonstrates technical expertise in trade processing and compliance adherence, with ability to adapt to fluctuating volumes and operational challenges.
