Manage day-to-day trade processing, settlements, FX, and cash processing for local and offshore clients in the Securities & Custody Operations team.
Coordinate team activities to ensure processing quality and quantity meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and handle regulatory reporting obligations.
Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensure strict compliance with internal and external guidelines, and support contingency scenarios including volume peaks and staffing shortages.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree (BA / BS / B.Com, etc.) required.
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in capital markets, settlements, or custody operations.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Experience or exposure to Indian capital markets and custody background preferred but not strictly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced professional in securities operations with a strong operational and analytical focus in capital markets or custody environment.
Ability to independently interact with internal and external stakeholders and act as a technical expert in operational queries.
Demonstrated capability to leverage AI tools responsibly to optimize workflows and improve process efficiency.
