Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree (BA/BS/B.Com or equivalent).
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in trade processing, settlements, or custody operations.
Exposure to Indian capital markets and custody background preferred.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication; proven experience leveraging AI tools responsibly for productivity and workflow optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational leadership within securities clearing, settlements, or custody functions with client interaction capabilities.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage workflow under variable volume conditions.
Ability to work independently in compliance-driven, regulated environments and to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
