AVP, Office of Agile – Analytics Lead (L10)

Own and continuously improve Agile metrics, KPIs, data analytics, and reporting capabilities aligned with organizational priorities and governance.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor Agile delivery health, performance trends, and compliance.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data quality, accessibility, and generate actionable insights to enhance delivery outcomes and tool effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years Technology or Process Management experience, OR High School Diploma/G.E.D. with minimum 10 years in the same fields.

At least 5 years administering and using data visualization tools like Tableau and BI.

Minimum 1 year experience developing reports using Atlassian Analytics.

Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role including training others.

Experienced leader skilled in managing analytics across complex Agile organizations and tools like Jira, JIRA Align, Confluence, Tableau, and Atlassian Analytics.

Strong collaborator capable of influencing senior business executives and multiple stakeholder groups in a multilayered environment.

Operationally excellent with strong analytical, negotiation, and risk management skills and proven ability to balance competing priorities.
