Minimum Requirements
3-5 years experience including minimum 2 years in HR Operations.
Working knowledge of HRMS tools; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience with process controls, documentation, and audit compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Global HR Shared Services or HR Operations in a multinational or complex organizational setting.
Strong analytical skills with capability to manage and report large data sets accurately.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams and time zones, managing stakeholder communication effectively.
