Senior Analyst - Client Service & Operations

Conduct verifications of client-submitted credentials and prepare final verification reports adhering to agreed SLAs and quality standards.

Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and regularly obtain feedback for continuous improvement.

Identify and resolve discrepancies by communicating with clients, employees, and vendors to maintain report quality and turnaround time.

1-3 years of work experience in verification or related fields.

Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work under challenging client conditions.

Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India; Full-time position.
