Manage system-level QA strategies, bug triaging, verification milestone tracking, emulation, and automation deployment related to complex SOC design verification and quality assurance programs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager in silicon or system-level validation programs.
Strong understanding of system-level QA frameworks, automated test setups, and server or BMC testing.
Familiarity with multi-CPU SOC architectures, hardware security, verification fundamentals, and proficiency with project management tools like Jira.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, multi-project lifecycles involving ASIC SOC design verification and system-level QA in hardware/software environments.
Comfortable working cross-functionally to align teams and manage dependencies across silicon architecture, firmware, security layers, and embedded software.
Knowledgeable in hardware security frameworks (Root-of-Trust, cryptographic accelerators) and server ecosystem components such as BMC, embedded Linux, and IPMI/Redfish protocols.
