Oversee daily and monthly accounts receivable processes including cash posting, unapplied reports, client refunds, and aged receivables review.
Monitor day-to-day collections and support AR and collection setups especially related to new acquisitions.
Assist with audits (internal, external, SOX) and undertake special projects as assigned to support finance operations.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounts receivable.
Experience with Wystar and Lawson systems preferred.
Flexibility to work day or night shifts as per business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience operating effectively within flexible or result-oriented finance environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel; Access skills considered a plus.
Comfortable managing confidential data with adherence to compliance and audit standards.
